I worked for the Contra Costa Superior Court for 26 years.  I spent 20 years specializing in Family Law as a “Legal Tech" under the mentor of Family Law Judges.   I have trained and given seminars to judges, attorneys, law enforcement and court staff on issues relating to divorce, restraining orders, and other family law procedures.  I know what the court expects, and am familiar with all court rules and requirements. I also understand the emotional stress, difficulty and frustration if you are representing yourself in pro per.
